Shipping Policy

At John Phillips (johnphillips.in), we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely across India.

• Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Shipping Coverage: We currently ship across India only.

• Delivery Time:

  • Metro cities: 3–4 business days

  • Non-metro areas: 5–6 business days

• Shipping Partners: We work with trusted couriers like Bluedart, FedEx, and Delhivery etc.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on eligible orders.

• Address Changes: You may update your address before the order is shipped. Once packed, changes are not possible.

• Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

• Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
